If you have an account

• your name, email address and profile photo, from Google sign-in
• the links, titles and bio page details you add
• your plan and subscription identifiers; card details are handled by our payment providers

If you open a Tapdoor link

We record the link opened, approximate country and city, device type, operating system, browser and the referring page. Link owners see this as analytics. We don’t store your IP address with these records.

If you report a link

We keep the link, your reason and details, your email address if you give one, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use to limit repeat reports.

Why we use it

To run the service, show analytics to link owners, take payment, and prevent abuse.

• Vercel and Cloudflare, for hosting and redirects
• Neon, for the database
• Dodo Payments, for payments

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Your choices

Deleting your account in Settings removes your account, workspace, links, bio page and their click records. For other requests, contact [Support email address].
